This Returns Policy (Policy) applies to any purchases made by you via your use of the Heart on my Sleeve (HoMS, we, us, our) Website which can be found at www.heartonmysleeve.org (Website).
We may amend this Policy from time to time, without providing notice to you, by posting an updated version of the Policy on the Website.
For each purchase you make via the Website, the Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately this policy will cease to apply, and we will not offer you a refund or exchange on that purchase.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (as defined in section 4 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, and other similar legislation of Australian states and territories), certain statutory guarantees are conferred in relation to the supply of goods or services to a Consumer (Consumer Guarantees)and we do not exclude or limit the operation of the Consumer Guarantees under any other provision of this Policy.
HoMS runs the HoMS ‘Real Conversations’ Mental Health Training Program, via the Website (a Program), which customers may enrol in, for a fee.
If you participate in the Program and are not satisfied with the relevant Program or the curriculum for that Program, then you may be entitled to your money back. If you notify us (by emailing us at [email protected]) within 30 days of your enrolment in the relevant Program that you are not satisfied, we will, within a reasonable time of receiving your email, refund your money (less any reasonable administrative costs we may bear in having originally taken your payment, refunding that payment, or un-enrolling you from the relevant Program) by applying a credit to your original method of payment.
